I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pawluvrescue. From start to finish, their dedication to rescuing and rehoming dogs is truly inspiring.

When we first contacted the Director of the rescue about adopting one the pups that were available, she went above and beyond to ensure we were the perfect match for the pup. She took the time to get to know us and our lifestyle, ensuring that the dog we adopted would thrive in our home.  I got the impression that this recue would not just adopt any dog to just anyone which made feel even better about the adoption.

The adoption process was seamless yet thorough, showing how much, they care about placing their dogs in loving, forever homes. The Director was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions, even after the adoption, and to this day is still in contact with us.

Our pup was well trained housebroke and crate trained from day one.  Buddy has been very good and is very loved in his new home.

Personality: Kiev is a sweet sweet, adorable puppy! He has a wonderful disposition, adaptable to any situation, soft, tender, loving, playful, loves to just play and run around and be silly, and a quick learner, very food motivated, a perfect pup!

History: Dumped as millions of dogs are in
Puerto Rico. Rescued in bad shape and saved
from the brink of death, literally. Got him fully
vetted, then flew him to wonderful Colorado
where we know dogs are treated and loved as
family; where we hope to find him the wonderful loving forever home he so deserves, where he will continue to thrive. Fully vetted here in Colorado as well, and neutered.

Behaviors: Kiev is potty and house trained (ofc must be trained to adjust to his new environment), crate trained, he has other basic command training, such as: sit, stay, come, catch, etc. Keiv has also been trained to get along with cats, other dogs (supervise play with adult dogs until they bond, is highly encouraged). He has relearned to trust humans, loves everything and everyone!
